We are an appointment based salon. For first time clients, we require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied to your total at check out. All services complete or not complete are non refundable, this includes all packages as well.
Color services- $50+
Haircut services- $25+
Nail services- $30+
If your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, we require at 24 hour notice. While we understand life happens, if the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours your non-refundable deposit is no longer applied to future services and a new deposit is required tore book. If you are 10-15 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled. If you no call- no show, we will charge the card associated with the account 50%-100% of the service that is missed.
